I have been practicing for 15 years.  Relationships are at the center of most issues people struggle with.  Their relationships with others and/or their relationship with themselves. A good therapeutic relationship allows individuals to create change.  This occurs when people experience understanding and compassion.   I aim to use psychotherapy as a safe place for you to find real solutions to the problems you are facing. I come from the perspective of positive psychology. Each of us already have strengths that will aid us on our journey. I strive to aid you in identifying your values.  I will help you learn new skills that will enhance those skills you already have.  I will work to aid you in further developing your understanding of how your strengths and values will help you as you move forward.
